Packaging

Inspired by vintage soda fountains, Alameda Soda Co. makes craft soda using real cane sugar and natural ingredients. During the pandemic, they had a demand to put their fountain-only sodas into cans for carry out. We created a system of cans that could be sold individually at take-out spaces as well as four-packs for the convenience and grocery channels. 

A vintage-style script logo and typography inspired by street signs and location names around the Bay Area give the Alameda branding system a throwback feel while still maintaining a modern, local sensibility. Colors connect to each flavor and the white background holds everything together.
